Hope is like a bird that senses the dawn and carefully starts to sing while it is still dark. - Anonymous

Merriam-Webster defines "hope" as -

* to cherish a desire with anticipation,

* to want something to happen or be true, and

* to expect with confidence.

What do you want to happen? What do you expect with confidence? What do you desire with anticipation? Or do you live a life without hope?

When you don't have hope, you may struggle to focus or to accomplish tasks. You may feel depressed and lonely. Much of this loneliness may be due to isolating yourself from friends and family.

Do you want to learn why you do not have hope? If so, work with a therapist to understand your feelings and behavior so you can find hope. And then you can start to sing even when it is dark.

I'm available to help. Call 904-325-4370 for an appointment.
