Why do we keep thinking about past mistakes? Over and over and over. And what does this do to our lives? Does it make you depressed? Or anxious? We cannot change the past but we can learn from it. Take the time to learn the lesson from the past and then let it go. When you find yourself dwelling on the past, take a slow, deep breath. Then slowly let your breath out.
