Do you procrastinate?  Procrastination can cause stress and can cause tasks to become overwhelming.  It can also result in conflict with your friends, family and co-workers.  Continuous procrastination can hurt your self esteem.  It may also be a sign of depression.


Are you procrastinating out of fear, depression or anxiety?  Are you having trouble focusing on daily tasks? Are you embarrassed because you have put off making a phone call or fulfilling a commitment?


Do you need help understanding your reasons for procrastination?  If so, working with a therapist may help.  A therapist will help you identify the reasons for not taking action and help you develop a plan to make changes in your life.
