What is happy?

The dictionary defines "happy" as feeling or showing pleasure or contentment. What is your definition?

Are you happy when you are laughing? Or with other people? Can you be happy when you are alone?

The definition of happy can vary by person. Some people are happy when they have a good job. Others are happy when they are in a good relationship. Some people are happy on vacation.

Many people that I see cannot answer the question "what makes you happy?" Take some time to think about what makes you happy. Be specific. Then you can make sure you include the things that make you happy more often in your life. Be happy!
